Truth Will Out
Junior Umbraco Developer | C# & Umbraco Specialist
About this site
This site is a space where I document my work as a junior Umbraco developer, share what I’m learning, and explore how modern .NET based systems are built, maintained and improved over time.
Whether you’re interested in Umbraco development, legacy systems, or how real-world projects are structured behind the scenes, you’ll find a mix of technical insight and practical experience here.
What you’ll find here
This site is split into a few key areas, each focusing on a different part of my work and interests.
About
An overview of who I am, what I work with, and how I got into professional Umbraco development at a young age.
Services
A breakdown of the technical areas I work in, including Umbraco development, legacy site maintenance, backend C# work and infrastructure related tasks.
Articles
Notes, write ups and technical posts covering Umbraco, .NET, infrastructure, security and lessons learned from real projects.
What I focus on
My main focus is Umbraco CMS and the wider .NET ecosystem. I’m particularly interested in how systems evolve over time, how older platforms can be kept secure and usable, and how thoughtful structure makes long-term maintenance easier.
Rather than chasing trends, I focus on understanding how things work under the hood and documenting that process as I go.
Take a look around
If you’re curious about the technical side of Umbraco, interested in how real systems are maintained, or just want to explore what I’m working on, feel free to browse around the site.
Each section is designed to stand on its own, so you can start wherever makes the most sense to you.
